VIXPar won the Gold Seal of the Brazilian GHG Protocol Program, an important recognition of the transparency of our greenhouse gas emissions inventory (GEE) of 2024. Since 2010, we have carried out this survey every year. In 2024, we took a step further and submitted the inventory to external verification, which further reinforces the transparency and reliability of our information.

The verification was conducted by Ecogest, an agency accredited by Inmetro, with face-to-face visits at the base of VIX in Jardim Limoeiro, Sale of Light and Heavy Vehicles of VIX Seminovos (Active Management Directorate) and the Matrix of VIXPar. The Gold Seal is the highest level of recognition granted by the program and is assigned to full inventories and verified by external entity.

According to Wanderson Lima, a sustainability expert, more than a recognition, the Gold Seal strengthens the trust of our stakeholders, strengthens our institutional reputation and strengthens our competitive differential in sustainability.

' One of the main challenges was to gather data on our operations in the five regions of the country. But with the support of the areas involved, we have managed to consolidate everything precisely and ensure the quality of the information. This achievement reinforces the seriousness with which we deal with climate management and the continuous search for the improvement of our processes,' Wanderson said.

Electrical truck testing involves long distances and internal operations with high loads

VIX Logistics, via VIVA – its business vertical focused on innovative solutions with emerging technologies such as automation, artificial intelligence, alternative fuels and disruptive solutions connected with logistics operations, finished testing with a high-capacity electric truck. Realized in real situations, these developments reveal the potential of electrification in multiple applications from long routes in the road to confined operations with short routes and high loads, strengthening the company's focus on sustainability and logistical advancement.

The model, a 100% Higer electric truck, brings as highlights fast charging by the CCS 2 connector (similar to light cars) and energy regeneration that adapts to the load and path, optimizing range and performance.

For loads above 100 tons in internal operations in Espírito Santo, the vehicle only needed adjustments for integration with the specific semi-trailer for application in steel environment, and adequacy of tyres to align with the standards required for operation VIX. On the long routes, it remained unchanged, testing its real resistance. In the internal loads, the equipment pulled loads between 65 and 130 tons to evaluate performance on these conditions, totaling 876 km rotated.

According to Marcos Antônio Nunes, manager of VIVA, the initial results are encouraging: the electrician acted in conditions similar to the combustion vehicle, integrating fast recharges to the operational routine. "This confirms that electrification is practical and feasible for intense operations, with efficiency equivalent to conventional".

The long-distance trials covered 309 km from Vitória (ES) to the border with Bahia, with strategic refill points that were refined during the evaluations. In the end, the truck showed autonomy perspective for round trip with recharges only at the ends, without interruptions.

Challenges such as aligning customer expectations on infrastructure, security and recharges have been overcome with an integrated technology and planning ecosystem. The tests project large environmental gains, aligned with VIXPar's ESG targets, reducing emissions and boosting green logistics. "For the future, the VIVA plans to expand the electric fleet gradually, positioning the VIX as a pioneer in the energy transition of the transport sector" Nunes concludes.

The president of the White Eagle Group, Kaumer Chieppe, has just won the Brazilian Jaguar Award – Businessman of the Year category, as an executive that contributed to the development of the 'Brazilian ounces' – the group of states that grows the most in the country: Espírito Santo, Paraná, Santa Catarina, Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso do Sul, Goiás, Minas Gerais and Rio Grande do Sul. The title given to Kaumer and, consequently, to the Group, is linked to investments and expansion, and the delivery took place on the night of Monday, May 12, at Harvard Club, in New York, during the Brazilian Regional Markets event (BRM), held by Apex.

Focused on connecting national and international investors and companies to the opportunities of Brazilian regional markets, the BRM promotes debates on strategic sectors, infrastructure and innovation to strengthen economic development outside the RJ-SP axis, and editions take place in São Paulo, Brasília, Curitiba and New York. .

The BRM brought together governors, mayors, entrepreneurs, investors and institutional leaders, and in addition to the governor of Espírito Santo, Renato Casagrande, the governors Eduardo Leite of Rio Grande do Sul and Jorginho Mello of Santa Catarina participated.

That was the second time the event took place in New York. In the last edition, the BRM originated important investments. Among them, the signing of the contract for the construction of the Reuse Water Production Station in Vitória (ES) — an innovative project of R $ 2.2 billion signed between Cesan, the government of Espírito Santo and the multinational GS Inima.

And this year, during the meeting, Casagrande formalized the creation of Invest-ES, a business office with the aim of selling the potential and business opportunities of the State to the rest of the country and world. The initiative is inspired by models that already work in other states, such as Rio Grande do Sul, São Paulo and Santa Catarina, and will act as facilitator for investors interested in opportunities in Espírito Santo.

The award of the Brazilian Jaguar of the Year Award, created to recognize personalities and governments that have been contributing to the advancement of regional markets, was the great novelty of this year's international edition. Today, we are a more diverse, plural and empowered company, andMárcia Cristina Araújo da Costarepresents this moment of ours. Natural de Linhares (ES), she was once a porter, vigilante and quarry, until she found the opportunity to realize an old dream: to be a driver.

Marcia was in the first class ofMOV+ Women, our exclusive driver training program for women, which encourages female presence in the operation. Today, she drives a dumpster truck in the Arcel contract of ArcelMittal (ES). 'It's a pleasure to come and go with my truck. I'm happy there, driving. It is a very good feeling, which has no explanation'.

The journey between Victoria and Anchieta was never just a route toJonathan de Oliveira Freitas: is the way of a child's dream that has come true. Driver of the charter in the contract Samarco Ubu (ES), he lives his second passage through VIX, carrying the same passion of the boy who watched the buses in childhood.

' When I was traveling by bus, I was there, watching the drivers. In 2007, I took my first chance as a driver with all my might. I can't do anything else. I just drive. This is my life,' he says. Married and with two children, he says he has the support of the family and feels he is a pride to them. Besides, Jonathan claims his main hobby is... guess... drive.

' I never imagined being part of the campaign and being here representing this class, which is so big. I don't just carry 46 passengers, I carry a lot more lives, because behind each passenger, there's a husband, a wife, a son, a father, a mother, a grandmother. So this feeling of pride is very great and the responsibility is also great'.

VIXPar published its first edition of Social Action 2025, a material that consolidates results, initiatives and stories that reinforce the company's commitment to the positive social impact and the strengthening of the Social agenda ESG. The publication brings together actions carried out in the first half of the year, structured in the strategic pillars of the company: Education, Income & Professional Development, Traffic Security and Dignity & Inclusion, in addition to presenting the engagement of employees in the voluntary program AMIGAB.

The journal also marks the advance of the social strategy of VIXPar, built from a process initiated in 2024, with active listening, analysis of territories and definition of priority themes for action. This structure guides initiatives that promote lasting changes in communities, strengthen trust relations and expand the positive impact where the company is present.

Social Impact on Action: projects that transform communities

Among the outstanding initiatives is the uniform upcycling project: more than 3,000 collected pieces have gained new purpose and were transformed into 185 cases and 114 blankets, produced by the Association Friends of Justice and ASA – Atelier Social Art. The cases were designed to CAOCA, an institution that serves children and adolescents in Vitória (ES), accompanied by school items. On the other hand, the blankets benefited the elderly attended in Mariana and Ouro Preto (MG).

VIXPar also significantly expanded its social investments through tax incentive laws. In 2025, R$ 2.56 million were allocated to 13 social projects, a growth of 129% compared to the previous year. Among them, the Qualifica Esperança project, which formed 196 students in September 2025, generating concrete opportunities for personal development and professional insertion for vulnerable young people.

Volunteering that mobilizes and connects people

The corporate volunteering program AMIGAB continues to strengthen bonds in the regions where the company operates. In 2025, collaborators have supported institutions in Araraquara (SP), Macaé (RJ), Parauapebas (PA), Vitória (ES) and São Luís (MA), with initiatives that include food collections, educational workshops, recreational activities, special campaigns, health actions and support for children, adolescents, elderly and even vulnerable animals.

The publication also highlights the continuous work of Servicarga, a company of the group, which for more than 10 years gives monthly 70 basic baskets to families attended by the Spiritist Center Students of the Good, in Caxias do Sul (RS), in addition to supporting other social organizations and public safety initiatives.

Reinforcing the commitment to road safety, VIXPar teams conducted educational actions in communities neighboring operations, using interactive theater and playful activities to raise awareness of safe traffic practices. The initiatives are supported by municipal agencies and contribute to spreading principles of defensive driving and accident prevention.

After the start of the behavioral module, in April, the time came for the technical module Fluir Program. And to start with the right foot, we performed theInternal Facilitators Workshop, conducted by the team of Organizational and Human Development (DHO), in partnership with the Management of Maintenance Technique (GETEC), to prepare our employees who will share the technical contents in the operations.

The first day of training was dedicated to behavioral training, with techniques of oratory, andragogy and content facilitation, as well as a technical deepening on the procedures that will be passed on to the Fluir participants.

Already on the second day, came the Development Bank, when the facilitators put into practice everything they learned, receiving guidance from the DHO and GETEC teams. All this happened at VIX Labs, our innovation laboratory and exchange and learning space.

 

Culture of excellence and security

In addition to encouraging the role and development of facilitators, the workshop reinforced topics such as posture and communication of the multiplier instructor, the role of the facilitator, types of audience and facilitation tools. With this, the team is more prepared to bring technical knowledge to operations, contributing directly to the technical development of approximately 700 Maintenance professionals.

The Innovation Oscar marked the end of Innovation Week 2025, a journey that involved all employees of the White Eagle Group. At VIXPar, we had in total 734 (new and implemented ideas) that showed that innovation is a continuous movement in our GAB, driven by everyone's engagement.

During the week, participants had the opportunity to introduce, meet and inspire themselves with innovative projects during Pitch Day Immova and Demoday. Our CEO, Patrícia Poubel Chieppe, recalled the ideas that represented the company in the Innovation Circuit, highlighting the pride of the 11,000 employees represented:

' All ideas are adding value and reflect the company we want to build. I thank the leaders and the teams for the involvement each project is aligned with the permanence we seek for our business ", said.
