Circuit Innovation 2025 comes to an end with the Oscar of Innovation

The Innovation Oscar marked the end of Innovation Week 2025, a journey that involved all employees of the White Eagle Group. At VIXPar, we had in total 734 (new and implemented ideas) that showed that innovation is a continuous movement in our GAB, driven by everyone's engagement.

During the week, participants had the opportunity to introduce, meet and inspire themselves with innovative projects during Pitch Day Immova and Demoday. Our CEO, Patrícia Poubel Chieppe, recalled the ideas that represented the company in the Innovation Circuit, highlighting the pride of the 11,000 employees represented:

' All ideas are adding value and reflect the company we want to build. I thank the leaders and the teams for the involvement each project is aligned with the permanence we seek for our business ", said.

Patricia also reinforced the importance of the restless and innovative spirit: 'Unconformed people are capable of extraordinary things. And the extraordinary is precisely what runs away from the common. We continue unconformed, always in search of doing different and better ", completed.

VIXPar had a remarkable presence in all awards, with ideas that reflected purpose, technology and real impact on the business.

 

In Imova, three projects represented the division:

VIXPar Alert: uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to anticipate risks and support security decisions; Smart Stock: integrates internal and market data to optimize stocks, fleets and sales; MOBEcil: platform that centralizes and simplifies corporate mobility, focusing on efficiency and sustainability.

On the Pitch Day of Demoday, VIXPar was represented in the categories Processes, Maintenance, New Business and Synergistic Project:

Cases – Reconect: creates a spaceI am sure of listening, welcoming and reflection for collaborators, with the support of a HR professional, before the decision to shut down;

Maintainer – More Load, More Value: adaptsIn addition, the Commission has decided to initiate the procedure in question.

New Business – V1 Prime: servedpremium executive mobility by subscription, with service via WhatsApp and chatbot, own fleet and trained drivers;

Synergistic Project – Fuel Control: model stopethic for monitoring fuel prices, detailing taxes, logistics costs, margins and public variables, bringing transparency and predictability to the process.

The president of the White Eagle Group and vice president of the Logistics Division, Kaumer Chieppe, highlighted: 'This Oscar of innovation is not just about rewarding winning projects, it's about valuing people who dare to propose new ideas, who create alternative paths and have the courage to transform the day to day.'

In the winning categories, in the Imova 2025, the 1st and 2nd seats were with the Passenger Division, and the 3rd place with Holding. On the Sunday 2025, the winners were the Passenger Divisions (Synergical Projects category) and Trade (Maintenance categories, Processes and New Business Models).

More than a closure, the Innovation Oscar 2025 marks the beginning of a new journey. With learning and talent gathered, we are ready to take off towards 2026, a new cycle of ideas, achievements and a lot of innovation.

Innovation sets us apart. We are unconformed and believe that it is always possible to evolve.
