Hire of Local Suppliers

By prioritizing partnerships with suppliers in the region, we strengthen the local economy and promote a more sustainable economic cycle. This practice shortens the supply chain, reducing environmental impacts associated with logistics, and fosters collaborative relationships that benefit both our business and the neighboring community.

Local Work Hand Hire

We value the direct contribution to the local development of the community where we are inserted, while promoting a work environment enriched by diversity and local knowledge.

Program Include

It strengthens our commitment to inclusion and diversity in the work environment, promoting integration sensitive to the needs of everyone, especially people with disabilities, so that they can develop their potential with confidence and support.

MOV +

MOV+ is our program for attracting people without experience in the labor market, selected in the neighboring communities where we operate.
The programme shall include theoretical and practical training; Individualized monitoring with an experienced mentor and supervised operation in a real work environment.

AMIGAB

The AMIGAB, in addition to coordinating the volunteer actions of the White Eagle Group, which involves the mobilization and engagement of employees in voluntary actions, aggregates other social initiatives, including education, health, culture and environment projects, all focused on the development and well-being of communities.
